The Broad Street entrance to The Chapel Walk Shopping Centre, known as Unicorn Walk, is currently closed following an isolated incident in which one of the atrium’s glass panels fell.

We are relieved to confirm that no one was injured and no property was damaged. The closure is a precautionary measure while a full inspection is carried out by specialists. Early indications suggest that the recent severe storms may have contributed to the incident, but we are ensuring a thorough review takes place.

The safety and comfort of our visitors and retailers remain our top priority. Unicorn Walk will reopen once inspections and any necessary works have been completed, ensuring the area is fully safe for the public.

All other entrances to Chapel Walk Shopping Centre remain open as usual, and we welcome visitors to continue enjoying everything our retailers have to offer.
